1. Shipping Timelines
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Domestic Deliveries (India): 2–7 business days depending on the destination.
- International Deliveries: 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
- During festive seasons, please allow an additional 2–4 business days.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and courier partner.
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are to be borne by the recipient.
3. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- Address changes are permitted only before dispatch.
- Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be modified.
- If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-payment of duties, it will not be refunded or replaced.
4. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production and packing begin immediately.
- In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to fulfill an order, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Monetary refunds will not be provided.
5. No Returns, No Refunds, No Replacements
- Due to the devotional and premium nature of our hampers, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Delay in transit or courier issues
- Product preferences (fragrance, size, packaging variations)
- No replacements will be provided for damaged, defective, or missing items.
6. Product Variations
- Our products are handcrafted and premium in nature. Slight variations in fragrance, finish, or packaging are inherent and do not qualify as defects.
7. Force Majeure & Courier Delays
- Shri Radhe Radhe Giftings shall not be held responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or customs holds. No refunds will be applicable in such cases.
8. Documentation & Invoicing
- GST invoices are issued with every domestic order.
- For special invoicing requests, details must be provided prior to placing the order.
